Chester Creek Concerts, which run 7 p.m. every Tuesday from the beginning of June to the beginning of August, feature family-friendly, free music shows in Duluth. Shows include performances by Charlie Parr, the Pot Bellied Stallions and others. This is the 32nd year of these concerts in the park and LakeVoice multimedia producer went to the July 1 show featuring Saint Anyway to snap some pictures.
This week Saint Anyway played as hundreds of people reclined in lawn chairs, relaxed on blankets, or danced near the stage. Mike Barker said he enjoys people watching when he comes to the concert series a few times each season. Marinda Breitkreutz, Duluth, said she enjoys listening to fun music while the kids play.
"It's a fun atmosphere," said Breitkreutz.
