Veterans Day commemoration
To follow up on a recent post from Tuesday, Nov. 12, the ROTC cadets, David Kirkland and Jonathan Roth, were participating in a 24-hour watch commemorating Veterans Day. A group of 50 cadets agreed to pair up for one hour-long shifts, from midnight to midnight on Veterans Day.
The UMD ROTC Detachment 420 cadets committed to doing the watch to show their respect, but also to remind others of the holiday.
