During and After - a Duluth flood photo story

Nine months after the flooding of June 2012, LakeVoice takes a look at the damage that is still present in the city of Duluth. We asked photographer Blake Romenesko to retrace the steps he took along Chester Creek the morning of June 20. Water from the 7 inches of rain rushed down the hill toward Lake Superior, washing away much of the land. These photos tell the story of what the same spots look like today.
