LakeCast: Mayor Don Ness talks Homegrown, what it means for Duluth locals

This week at LakeCast, we spoke with Duluth Mayor Don Ness about the upcoming Homegrown Music Festival. No stranger to the annual local music fest, Ness served as Festival Director in 2007 and influenced the growth of the Homegrown to include all forms of art. The festival also serves as a part of the mayor's plan to increase the population of Duluth to 90,000 by 2020.
