Tweed Museum of Art's annual student exhibition

From the Tweed Museum of Art Press Release by Sandi Peterson The Tweed Museum of Art at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) is hosting its annual student exhibition from April 9 to May 8. The exhibition will include UMD students' artwork in the forms of painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, graphic design, photography, and mixed media works.

The opening reception and awards ceremony will be Saturday, April 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. A jurors' lecture by Chad Albers and Theresa Downing will take place on Thursday, March 31, at 6 p.m. in Bohannon Hall 90.

Chad Albers is a UMD alumni and senior art director for Target Corporation. Theresa Downing is a Twin Cities curator and art consultant.

Museum Hours: Tuesday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m.
